✨将白菜叶整片剥下,用清水洗净,切掉白菜帮
✨菜叶放入滚水中烫软后捞出备用
✨香菇和胡萝卜洗净分别切碎末,虾仁切碎
✨肉末中加入虾仁、生抽、料酒、淀粉搅拌均匀,再加入香菇和胡萝卜碎、甜玉米、香油、胡椒粉、少许盐混合均匀
✨取一张白菜叶铺开,在上面放入适量的馅料
✨用菜叶将肉馅包卷成圆柱形,封口朝下码入盘中
✨入锅蒸8分钟至熟透
✨取出将蒸出的汤汁倒入炒锅,加少许香醋、白糖和盐烧开,勾芡后浇到白菜卷上即可
